Kenneth Huff is an interdisciplinary visual artist. This work, which is part of a series, includes elements inspired by knot theory in mathematics, a major theme in Huff’s work. “Working from a preconcieved idea, often recorded in the form of a pencil sketch, Ken starts sculpting three dimensional objects using the software.  One ths objects are created, he applies color and texture to the objects, while at the same time arranging the objects and lighting the scene.  A virtual camera, positioned within the scene, records the final image.” This piece appropriately hangs in the math hallway.
